Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of ebooks and digital downloads are final. Unlike physical goods, digital products cannot be returned, "unworn," or "unused" once they have been downloaded or accessed.
Therefore, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the purchase is complete and the download link has been delivered.
Delivery of Goods

For digital content, the right of withdrawal expires once the consumer has given prior express consent to begin the performance (downloading or streaming) and acknowledged that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal. By purchasing our digital ebooks, you consent to immediate access and acknowledge that this waives your right to a 14-day refund period.
